Douschka has worked for the past twenty-years in community services supporting children and young people. Douschka works in the policy, advocacy team and manages lived experience engagement and participation across MCM, working on Wurundjeri lands. Douschka is committed to reform by working alongside young people to create relevant systems of care and challenge adversarial responses to the diverse needs of children and young people.
