Fiona Francis-Millard specialises in supporting young people experiencing homelessness due to family violence through the ASPIRE Program pilot program at Meli. With more than 7 years of experience in Community Services, Fiona has worked across various sectors including youth homelessness, family services, adolescent family violence in the home, youth justice and supporting young people impacted by family violence.

In her current role as a Senior Caseworker, Fiona combines her industry experience, knowledge and expertise and has focused on developing innovative approaches to address the complex and intersecting challenges faced by young people experiencing homelessness. Bringing her genuine passion, authentic and relational approach to the role, Fiona is dedicated to keeping young people safe from family violence, ensuring they have the tools and support to escape harmful environments. She is passionate about empowering young people to explore their core values, set personal boundaries, and build self-esteem, all key factors in navigating homelessness and achieving long-term stability. Fiona's work is dedicated to equipping young people with the skills and confidence to regain their independence and thrive despite the adverse challenges they have faced.
