Scott McKeen is the Chief Executive Officer of CAAPS Aboriginal Corporation, a leading organisation dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Indigenous communities in Northern Territory, Australia. A proud Darwin Indigenous man, Scott has a deep commitment to serving his community and is passionate to empower Indigenous communities. Before joining CAAPS, he served the nation for 18 years as a Maritime Warfare Officer in the Royal Australian Navy.

Scott holds a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Management 2022 and a Graduate Certificate in IT Cloud Computing from Charles Sturt University 2023. He has also completed the AICD Foundations of Directorship 2025.
