With 20 years in Indigenous Affairs, she has been a strong advocate for her community's well-being. As Chairperson of the Aboriginal Housing Company for 14 years, she has significantly contributed to creating sustainable social inclusion outcomes, ensuring the preservation of the site for future generations. Alisi's leadership has positioned the AHC as a key player in driving meaningful change nationally. She has founded several successful businesses, including First People Recruitment, Bakan Group, Hive Care Disability, and Batjigay Solutions, which focus on recruitment, land activation, disability support services, and global supply chains for steel and signage. Additionally, Alisi is involved with various charitable boards, focusing on child welfare, disability, and diversity in property development.
