Hayley Starr is a dedicated Service Coordinator with Roseberry Queensland, leading Central Queensland’s Advance to Zero efforts to reduce homelessness through coordinated, data-informed systems work. With a strong background in youth support and crisis intervention, Hayley brings over four years of frontline experience supporting young people and individuals facing housing instability.
In her current role, she facilitates multi-agency collaboration, oversees case conferencing, and strengthens shared action planning to improve housing outcomes for vulnerable community members. Hayley is skilled in analysing homelessness and housing data to identify trends, priority cohorts, and system gaps, ensuring responses are targeted and effective.
Previously, Hayley worked as a Mobile Support Worker, providing holistic, trauma-informed assistance to young people aged 16–25, focusing on tenancy sustainment, emotional well-being, and access to essential services.
