Kate Whittle is an executive leader and advocate with over 15 years’ experience across government, corporate and not-for-profit sectors. She is currently Executive General Manager, Advocacy and External Affairs at YWCA Australia, where she leads national advocacy, campaigns, and government relations focused on housing and homelessness. Kate has advised Premiers and Ministers on housing, homelessness, and a broad range of social policy issues. Legally trained with deep cross-jurisdictional networks, she brings expertise in political strategy, policy reform, and securing government investment to drive social policy outcomes and systemic change.
