Disability Housing Solutions
Lauren Ivanyi is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Disability Housing Solutions, one of Australia’s largest privately owned SDA providers. She leads national operations across multiple states, partnering with government, CHPs, investors, support organisations and families to deliver high-quality, stable housing for people with disability.
With deep experience in SDA compliance, tenancy pathways and market strategy, Lauren is known for bridging complex systems to create practical, person-centred housing solutions. She works closely with youth services, SIL providers and NDIS stakeholders to navigate funding challenges, unblock transitions, and ensure young people with disability can access safe, appropriate homes—particularly those exiting child safety, at risk of homelessness, or facing justice involvement.
Lauren is a passionate advocate for sustainable disability housing, sector collaboration and data-driven reform. Her work focuses on lifting outcomes for tenants while supporting investors and providers to deliver long-term, ethical SDA supply.
