Dr Lauren Moulds is the Director of Homelessness Systems and Partnerships at the Department of Human Services South Australia. She is also a Registered Psychologist, Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of Adelaide, researcher, and board director at Playgroup SA and SPELD SA. With a PhD in Psychology and GAICD accreditation, Lauren brings a distinctive blend of clinical expertise, strategic leadership, and evidence-informed policy experience. Her career spans youth justice, family violence, disability, perinatal mental health, and community wellbeing, alongside founding her private practice, Big Little Steps Psychology. Lauren is recognised for her ability to guide complex human service systems, lead multidisciplinary teams, and design trauma-aware models that strengthen outcomes for individuals and families. She works collaboratively across government and the sector to drive meaningful reform, improve service integration, and ensure people experiencing vulnerability receive the support they need to thrive.
