Paulina Tapia is the Brisbane Zero Coordinator at Micah Projects, leading collaborative, data‑driven efforts to end homelessness in the community. Brisbane Zero is a collective impact initiative of 16 organisations that collect and share close to real‑time data, with Micah Projects serving as the backbone organisation.
In her role, Paulina brings together stakeholders across the homelessness sector to align with the Advance to Zero framework and strengthen partnerships with other Zero communities across Queensland. With qualifications in sociology and public policy, she is committed to evidence‑based, person-centre, and community‑led approaches that create lasting solutions to homelessness.
